A German Heer (Army) officers breast eagle constructed of silvered bullion aluminum wires in various textures, interlaced with moss green threading, over a forest green wool base, on a off white tissue paper backing, exposing the underlying structure of the badge, measuring 99 mm (w) x 44 mm (h), and in very fine condition.
