Measuring 13. 5 W x 9. 25 H in the original black frame, it appears to be a print, possibly from a newspaper that has been adhered to a wood panel on front with the accompanying extensive written article adhered to the reverse. The article is dated August 9th, 1815 and signed E. W." The Battle of Waterloo occurred just over seven weeks before on Sunday June18, 1815. The illustration is colored, possibly by hand and shows
