This is a very nice WWII German National Socialist German Workers' Party (Nationalsozialistische Deutsche Arbeiterpartei NSDAP) First Pattern Flag Pole Finial or Topper (Fahnenstange Endstck) Eagle. It is constructed of nickel plated brass alloy, and is the early multi part design. Unfortunately, while the topper still has the attachment rod, the socket fitting on the bottom is missing. It does however come with a
