Constructed of bronze, on loop for suspension, the obverse bearing a raised profile of Grand Duke Friedrich I, circumscribed by name and title, the reverse bearing a raised coat of arms circumscribed by a 50th jubilee dedication, unmarked, measuring 33 mm in diameter, missing its suspension ring and ribbon, in very fine condition
