This is a Genuine unissued example that dates from late WW2. This kit definitely saw service in the war, and has had the contents replenished as needed. The original contents list that usually is in the lid looks to have fallen out long ago. Also, the bottle of insect repellent leaked slowly inside this case for decades which left some deposits on the lid and bottom of the case. This kit contains the following
